As our other Keurig's had a penchant for breaking down after 3-9 months, we're still holding out hope that this is the exception. Again, no complaints thus far and we have no reason to believe it won't excel.

The old one that broke heated up in less than half the time this one takes... but all in all.... I do like the new features with it being a digital touch screen display...

And it pearlyness is beautiful. If I remember the package came a little dented up, but no issue with the items inside, probably just the shipping company. Still works great and it looks so pretty on my counters still :)
