This is my first Keurig and I really like it. The water heats up quickly the coffees, cocoa and teas turn out great. We have a newer model Keurig at work that shuts off automatically when not in use. That is the only thing I wish this model would do, since I am the only one in my family who turns it off. Otherwise this model works just as well as the newer more expensive model.

This brewer is quite versatile, and easy to use. I even purchased the My K-Cup 2.0 reusable filter which is great for making travel mug (14-16 oz.) sized brews as it allows you to add almost double the amount of coffee grounds as you will find in an ordinary K-cup. However, I have two complaints. First, the water pre-heating time seems to take almost 30 seconds; I'm not sure if this is normal but I've had other Keurig machines heat in less than half the time. Secondly, this machine does not have an AUTO-OFF feature. After brewing, you must manually turn it off or it will continue to stay on indefinitely, wasting electricity. There have been a couple of times I left it on for the entire day, with the LCD panel constantly lit and the machine being warm to the touch upon arriving home. I'm sure it's wasting so much energy maintaining the water in the internal tank warm. With all the advances in technology since the first Keurig was released, why would they choose to omit such a simple and useful feature such as an auto-off/timeout function?

didn't know I needed this till the hubby brought it home...he got it for our travel trailer; but winters it spends in our kitchen and I LOVE being able to instantly have a cup of hot tea...went on line & bought reusable pods so now its a win win w/ my fave Earl grey..husband's afternoon coffee fix is easy too..we pre-fill the pods so they are ready to go...

Love this coffee machine, easy to use and makes great coffee. Had a smaller one but this one does the job for me .

Not my first Keurig. For the most part I'm very pleased with this one. Great color! However the water tank at the back is awkward. It wraps around half the machine but the only place it's safe to fill without spilling is the middle back and since most of us have the back against a wall this means pulling it out and turning it every time you need to fill it. Maybe it's because of this hassle that it makes it feel like I'm filling it much more than normal.

Brews coffee efficiently and it’s economical when there’s only one person at the house drinking coffee, so instead of making a whole pot that would go to waste.

This coffee pot is user friendly and makes a delicious cup of coffee ....every time!

A great way to get you a cup of coffee without wasting a whole pot. Don’t like that I had to purchase a coffee filter (for loose coffee) for an additional cost. But all in all it does everything I want it to do

I bought this after my original keurig broke. It’s temperature setting ability is great and I don’t have to waste a whole pot of coffee with the singles cups.

I avoided a coffeemaker for years because of the time consuming steps involved. This Keurig has eliminated all of my previous hassles with making coffee. The convenience is amazing. The steps of operation, at a finger's touch, are few and simple. I have my coffee in a matter of seconds with minimal noise and no mess. The options I'm given are great. I love my Keurig!
