    I am not a coffee drinker, but I am a tea and hot chocolate drinker. I have now used this as a tea maker to get that first cup in as I await my electric range and tea kettle. It is easy to use and very convenient. I had to experiment for the best cup of tea, but it only took three tries. Lots of configurations on this machine so it is very versatile!

    Coffee gets hot, you don't have to constantly fill up the water reservoir as often. I just don't like that it does not take pods that are not keurig.Also some keurig pods it does not recognize.

    This is definitely an awesome coffee machine. I am on my 2nd one now though because the pump in my first one started to die. Was easy to return it via the manufacturer's warranty and swapped it out for a new one!
