Greatest Coffee Maker Ever!

Using the pods are extremely easy, you just pop it in, push down and choose the size you want, I also purchased a reusable filter so I can use my own coffee and save some money. Very happy with this purchase, glad I got the warranty for it as well.

The water storage tank is great for fast, convenient cups of coffee. The turquoise color is bright. Great purchase! My first shipment was not delivered by Fedex for whatever reason. Best Buy customer service was great in sending a replacement- received it within 2 days.

It has a good amount of water storage so I only fill it every now and then. One thing I don't like is that it seems to always be "ready" to go and since I only drink one cup per day, I unplug it after each use to save energy. I don't mind waiting a few minutes for it to heat when I'm ready for my cup of coffee.

Easy to set-up, easy to use without any fuss in the fewest amount of steps. It is also a very eye pleasing appliance for my kitchen counter decor. (The second one was gift and I would not give a gift that I wouldn't want to receive myself).

I wanted the single or multi-serve style but it was hard for me to spend that much on a brewer. I finally decided to get one especially after discussing with my friend and she is she loves hers. I was so excited when I got my Keurig and know I will use it frequently and for a long time.

It takes less space on the counter and I love the water on the back of the unit instead of on the side. I could sell Keurig's I love them so much. I also love Best Buy !!! I even buy my coffee from Best Buy who will always price match. Thanks Best Buy.
