I had the original model for several years and when it finally decided to show it's age, I knew there was no other model to even consider. Very happy with the Keurig Hot 2.0! I chose this model to have the feature to make different size cups, may never use it, but I have it:-)

Purchased this coffee maker after my Ninja coffee maker broke (lasted almost a year). The Keurig beats the Ninja in the quality coffee it makes. The Keurig is more expensive in the long run because you are likely to keep buying the pods. Really good coffee maker.

We bought this Keurig last December when they had a deal of the day. It's a neat coffee maker when you need to brew a cup. It has a couple of options for size of cups. The draw back is the water reservoir isn't real large. Works well.

Fits perfectly on the counter without taking up too much space and we have a small kitchen. Looks great, works great (had it for over a month now), and was priced great -on-line Best Buy pick up in store-. The color choices provide nice variation as well. Highly recommend!

Purchased as a gift and receiver raves every time I see him as to how much he is enjoying coffee. Our town is known for its expresso coffees, so for someone to get hooked on American coffee, is a big thing....I personally am on my second Keurig.

Got to for my mother in law and she loved it! Heats up quickly compared to older models

So this is our second keurig. The first one is still fine and about 6 years old. This one we got for our camp and it's really awesome. Design doesn't take up much space, still has a good sized reservoir and makes a great cup of coffee regardless of the brand of kcup I use.

I previously had a Keurig that didn't have a water reservoir. This one is so much nicer and faster.

The cool thing is that they make so many different types of coffee to choose from for this product.

I bought this Keurig as a replacement for one that had broken. It takes up a lot less counterspace than the previous one. I do wish that the water reservoir was lit up. The light shining into the reservoir helps keep away bacteria growth. Other than that missing feature, the brewer works exactly as it should.

Finally purchased my machine and I am more than happy with it. The color is very stunning. It's convenient since I'm always out buying coffee. I got a twenty dollar gift card with my purchase on top of that I got forty dollars off. I highly recommend it to any coffee lover!

Great product. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't shut off automatically.

Since I live alone, I don't male much. When I do brew, nothing ever measures out correctly. With this device, I get dern near perfect coffee and I don't have to refill the coffee maker every night. It brews rapidly, even when using the 4-cup carafe sold separately.

Purchased as Christmas gift for my mother in law. She absolutely loves it! Overall great purchase!

We got this unit because it was the only one that was able to handle the coffee craft pot. It has been discontinued I was told. It holds less water than the old one. Can't set the default cup size to anything but the 8 oz it comes with. It always defaults back to 8 oz cup size. It does work ok but is a pain

The needle needs to be cleaned every 3 or 4 cups of coffee but other than that, the product makes getting a cup of coffee fast and convenient.

The Keurig is a very nice addition to our kitchen because we can now brew one or two cups of coffee whenever we want without having to brew a whole pot. It is easy to use and compact such that it doesn’t take up too much space on the counter. Glad we bought it.

Bought this Keurig for the in-laws since I love mine at home- they haven't called to say anything is wrong- so it must be good to them too!
