    I bought this to replace my older generation Keurig machine. I definitely like the design better. It's not as bulky as the old one. The coffee size options are in ounces, which I think it makes perfect sense than previously S/M/L sizes.

    loved using this machine. it makes my coffee nice and warm, holds lots of water and great for any k cup. happy with this machine and so easy to use. also has settings that are easy to use and change to get the perfect brew every time.

    I tried other cheaper single cup coffee makers and was disappointed. You realize the small things that matter like a water window, ease of use, and water storage. My only issues with Keurig is the limitation on travel cup size

    I love the ease of operation, but have had to call the factory tech service as is clogging and not dispensing correctly at least once a day. Not over used and is disapointing when I want a 10 oz coffee and it dispences 6-8 oz.. I run just water cycles thru it to make sure it is clean but still have issues. Will probably return it this week.

    I bought this for my wife since she never has the time to make a cup of coffee in the morning. Problem solved! She loves the fact that she has different options and can order new k-cups online. Only drawback is the standing water in the unit, so you have to occasionally dump and clean out to keep bacteria from breeding. 9 out of 10!!

    Its a good coffee maker. However it sometimes doesnt read off-brand k-cups, but other then that it works flawlessly
