It works great! The sleek design makes it perfect for a small counter. The coffee is ready in seconds, you just have to give it about 30 sec for the water to warm up. It will work only with keurig brand pods! Even with the refill cup, make sure is for your keurig.

This unit works as advertised, but it is good only for 1 or 2 cups. I prefer to have a maker that can handle enough water for several days and this doesn't meet that requirement, but in all honesty it's my bad. I didn't pay enough attention.

This product is great especially always being on the go!

not much to say, it is pretty convenient and rather cheap

Only downside to this model is a full size mug doesn't fit with the catch plate installed.

Space saving and just as good as all the larger models.

After my last keurig died after 7 years I was forced to buy another one. This one works just as well and I love the new colors. I have the sandy pearl color and it's a nice change from the usual black machine.

Purchased this for my father, who typically doesn't like change and he had no issues using this Keurig. I was able to easily set it up for him. Easy touch screen options...I wish it came with the K-cup filter, to be able to use any coffee(additional $14.99)

My wife loves this coffe maker. She is the only person in our home that drinks coffee. She loves the color, puts water in it the night before and turns it on when she gets up.

Purchased this for my girlfriend and she loves it. I like how easy it is to make either a small cup or a Carafe. I suggest getting the Keurig brand reusable K-Cup and not the cheaper one.

I love having a fresh cup of coffee every morning! Preheat cycle is a smidge loud, but definitely nothing too strenuous! No more measuring coffee grounds and making a mess! I love my Keurig!

i've used the latest model of Keurig which has a bigger water reservoir and additional features on the LED display such as auto shut-off and different colors of the LED, etc. Other than that, that model doesn't differ from this model in its basic fuctionality. I like Keurig because it's quick and easy, especially when you're in a hurry in the morning and don't have the time for breweing coffee. One thing people might not find annoying is that you run out of water quickly because of the smaller reservoir. But I like it because I don't water there for a long time; changing and refreshing are a must to me. Flaws of Keurig in general are 1) too watery so I always choose the 6oz and strong features of the brewing 2) coffee debris can always be there, so before brewing, I have to "brew" hot water of 4oz every time, which is very annoying.
