I purchased this because the previous smaller version I had in my office developed a bug in its electronics. It would be several days waiting for a warranty replacement, so I decided on getting a larger one and taking the replacement one home when it arrived. Sometimes you don't know what you're missing until you get something better! The larger reservoir was convenient, plus being able to make a 12oz. cup. Also, the additional lighting and color screen add some class.

Makes excellent coffee, is easy to use and has a large water tank so you aren’t constantly filling.

I like the convenience, but I still can't quite get the taste to the perfection. I have tried various combos and brands but rarely I have a wow factor to my cup of coffee. I'm not sure if it may have to do with the temprarure, it doesn't seem to be as hot as I would prefer. But overall, I'm a satisfied customer, because I love the ease of use. Perhaps I'll be very happy once I find the right brand coffee, so far I tried about 10 and close I came to was Folgers Select and some organic Ethiopian coffee cups. PS - Just because you don't waste coffee by using kcups do not think you save money, quite contrary, it gets pretty expensive!

This is so easy to use. It makes coffee quickly when you are running late to class. Great ease and taste !

Love the choice of the size of cup I prefer. Love the look of the Keurig as well as the light. Perfect for me.

Tired of old coffee sitting in the pot of our old school coffee maker, my wife and I had wanted a one cup brewer for a while. We love this Keurig machine. Great fresh cup of coffee any time. And keurig has such a massive variety of K cups on the market. I would definitely recommend. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the fact that it doesn't work with most generic cups on the market. That is not a big deal to me but may be for some.

I boufht a different model a few years back and needed a new one when i saw this didnt have filters to change out i immediately jumped on it. I always forgot to change them out.

I love this Keurig and all of the new options, but it is much louder than my previously owned Keurigs. I purchased the creamy color and like it much more than the black.

I have experience with this Keurig at work, but I bought this one specifically as a gift. She loved it! We set it up right after she opened it and it was seriously such an easy set up. No crazy parts, no "oh shoot we didn't buy this. Nothing. Just good to go. The instructions were step-by-step and very clear. We were immediately able to brew a cup of coffee. I bought it on sale for just under $100 with 2 boxes of K-cups. Perfect bang for my buck!

I got this on sale after the holidays, and had a few gift cards which brought the price down to $50. I did a lot of research on this, as this was my first 2.0 product. My main concern was compatibility with existing K-cups, and future ones. This model is great. Super quiet and can accept the larger 12, 14, and 16 oz sizes. Although you have to buy the larger K-Pod cups online, I brew mostly 10 and 12 oz sizes. Great product and highly recommend.

We like the touch screen. It's easy to set up. We also like the way the water supply is easy to refill.

Coffee is always hot and relatively easy to use. Would like to see the company answer my letter about the Vue and abandonment of the customers that wasted $200 on it.

Got it for my wife to replace a gen 1 unit that finally gave up the ghost. The store price matched a competitor and sent us on our way. We like the many options it offers.

Glad I got this machine it is a upgrade to my k200 and the water resovor holds more. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was cause it didn't come with the filter but I was ok with that because I used my Brita filter water and my coffee taste great. I love that you can set it to come on at a certain time in the morning and turn off when you don't need it. The LED light in the water resovor is cool and flashes when the water needs to be replaced. It has lots of options for the sizes of the cups and all together is quite and appealing to the eyes.

Enjoying ease of prep for coffees teas etc using kcups or self ground, teabags; very good taste.
