    This product is pretty much to the point. It has additional settings the older model didn’t have like changing the heat setting. Only downfall is that it is much slower and brewing then older models.

    love it... very fast to brew... tastes so so so fresh... Beats my Mr. coffee to death... And so many flavors to choose from... the Swiss Miss hot chocolate is to die for....yummmo.. Coffe tastes great ... I am a folder's kind of guy ...but some of the lattes are outrageous.... Will always have a Keurig in the house fromnow one... :-)

    Recently purchased our new Keurig to replace a 6+ year old original Keurig model. Everything I loved about the old one carries over with some nice added new features. I enjoy the hot water option (wish you could choose the 16oz mug option here though), larger water tank, memory of your brew preferences, and timer that turns the machine on at a specified time each day so that when you get up the machine is ready to brew. Touch screen interface is nice without being overly complex.
