    Pretty lighter color make this appealing on the counter. STILL doesn't get hot enough even though they advertise as "HOT." Like the programmable on/off feature. Read that K-cups are becoming an environmental problem because they aren't recycled - this makes me wrestle with my conscience for still using it. Would like to see real expresso decaf version of K-cups.
