Worked great. For about 5 days. Now having issues with the display. Had lines running through it and it flickers. It’s a touch screen. So I can’t use it when it’s on the fritz. And it has been almost from the moment I purchased it.

This replaced our first gen Keurig after 7 years of use. This machine works as intended, but certain pods, especially McCafe pods, burst during brewing. Once we found pods that we liked that don't burst, we really enjoyed the features.

I was so excited to get a new Keurig and was disappointed. Holds more water but not any thing more that my original Keurig. For the money I would not go into this one. Nothing but the keurig inside which shows a craft and K-Cups.

We tried setting the Auto On/Off, but it doesn't seem to stay on as long as we've set it for. The heat up time takes a long time. Can't plan on grabbing a cup and run out the door. It does have some other nice features.

This is not my first keurig. I hope this one last longer than my last one. They have tendency to get clogged up. I am using filtered water only now to try and prevent it from becoming a problem.

I have wanted a Keurig since I first saw them years ago. I hesitated because of the expense per cup compared to the traditional drip method. Finally the convenience factor won us over and we bought our first machine. After enjoying a few days of our new found coffee maker, the nightmares began. Once a cup started it was quickly interrupted by an error message that the water pressure was inadequate for the success of the brew and we had to start over using a complete reset of the system. After becoming a very frequent event, we finally called the 800 number only to find out that we should not be using a Kuerig if we have well water or softened water of which we have both. So, we had to switch to using bottled water thus raising our expense even higher and even still there are failures in our brewing. We have wasted countless numbers of k-cups and now store bought water. My morning coffee is a little too important to be delayed or abandoned and I feel like it's not worth getting up in the morning. Not Happy!

I purchased my Keurig 2.0 in Aug 2017, at first it worked well. In Feb of 2018 I pluged it in one morning and got a white screen. It could not be turned on. I called Keurig and did some trouble shooting but nothing worked. They sent me a replacement unit within a week. Now less than a month later March 2018 the replacement is doing the same as the origional one. On line I found this is a known problem with this model. I will call Keurig again but I dont want another, I do not trust the unit.

Had this Keurig for almost a year now and what I can say is that if you need a quick cup it's ok. Negative is for me the coffee is not hot enough.

Nice product. Expensive. Will not let you use your own coffee with carafe. I wish Keurig will come out with a reusable K carafe pod just like their reusable k cup pod

My old Keurig died and I purchased a new Keurig - K425 Brewer 2.0. The new machine is slower than the old one, and my old K-Cups are hit and miss. They don't fit properly in the new coffee maker. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't, and now I'm stuck with several cases of the old k-cup coffee......I do like the new menu and a few of the new features, but all in all, the new technology is inferior to the old Keurig coffee pot, and in my opinion, they took a step back on this one.

Coffee is tasty and it is done so quickly. However, after two months of using my keurig the screen was blurry and had lines all over.

Be sure that you understand how large this unit is before you purchase it. I returned it for the 200. The size or the 200 is way more convenient for me.

Bought this as an upgrade from a Keurig K-Cup machine I'd had since 2015. Liked the fact that this one had temperature control, since my old machine was only putting out warm (not hot) water. But the water from this machine is no hotter at all than the old one, even at the highest setting. Also, at the end of the brew it tends to pause for a good 10 seconds before a last, large squirt of liquid comes out. Overall, not very impressed.

Bought for wife. She seems to enjoy it. The only down fall she said it has, is that it wont read the generic brand pods. They have to be Keurig pods.

So this appointment on the coffee made my coffee and it was not hot at all once you put the creamer on it’s cold. Not worth it.

While the coffee is good, the K-cup characteristics determines capability to increase ounces in your cup and this is a big complaint.

I bought this keurig like a month ago and had to return it because it was leaking from the bottom.

This is our second Keurig, it's slower and more trouble than the last one, the redesign was a bad idea, the old k cups really don't fit the new coffee maker, and 50% of the time they don't work, so as a result, we're stuck with a lot of K cup coffee we purchased from Keurig that are now worthless. A big step back in my opinion.

I purchased and it did what it had to do. Which was to make coffee in multiple serving sizes, as for me it got old changing them up and changing whether strong or normal, large or small, so on and so forth. I'm big on coffee and it just didn't work for me putting pod in and out and picking the type of pod. I returned it.

The coffee maker is loud and comes out very slow. Easy to use though!
