    Only worked for a week or so

    I like Keurig and most machines I've used work fine but this one says the needle was clogged after about a week or so of use. Mind you, we ONLY used it for hot water for tea, so there wasn't anything clogging the needle as far as our use. Called Keurig and followed their instructions to un-clog it as well as the demo video online. Nothing cleared it. Was MOST UPSET that I couldn't get my money back from Best Buy, because it had been more than 15 days since we picked it up from ordering it.

    I brought this Keurig brewer in 12/2016. I did not need to use it immediately so I but it way in my closet. 2.5 years later when my old K45 brewer started acting up & decide to open the Keurig K425 & use it. But the K425 had nothing but problems. Sometimes it would power on & sometimes not. Also the LCD screen most times does not work. I guess I should of open it & use this brewer as soon as I received it.

    Maybe we just got a lemon, but every other cup or so says needle maintenance required, so my wife is frustrated. Will exchange and update review.

    Dissappointed. Tried 2 different ones.

    I wanted to upgrade our basic Keurig so decided to try this fancy led screen model. Big mistake. The screen kept going out -- had lines on the screen and just didn't work. I returned it for another thinking that it was just a fluke, but the next one did the same thing. Ended up purchasing a more basic model similar to our first one. Our last one was 6 years old and still worked well. I should have just kept it.

    The coffee maker started out fine. It made good coffee but one week after we started using it the touch screen got to where we could not see anything on it. We had to unplug it and sometimes it would come back and sometimes it would be a blank screen. I would unplug it again and wait till the next day then plug it in again and it would work.I am returning it and getting my money back.

    LCD screen had lines and squiggles in it after only 2 weeks of owning. Brought it back to Best Buy for a full refund!

    Not happy with this unit

    I have had this unit less than a week and all ready having problems with it. Very disappointing that you spend close to $200 on a coffee maker and within a week you can not even get one cup of coffee. Seems like these Keurig's are getting to be more trouble than they are worth.

    Display doesnt work anymore

    This is my first Keurig and my last. I haven't even had this thing for 5 months and I already have to send it in. After about 2 months of having it, the display screen started to act funny, couldn't read it, pixels were going out. After that it got worse and worse until now it will not even display anything.

    Touch Screen Power Function

    the power functions on the touch screen rarely works and is very frustrating. I've cleaned the displayed; unplugged the Keurig; and the machine still won't turn on. I have only used this Keurig about a dozen times.

    Doesn't work, but can't return it's after 15 days

    Not the greatest product, I can't return it because the store states 15 day return policy. I was out after I bought it and I don't use it everyday so I feel I should be able to get a new one.

    Why was this product sold to me when they knew there was missing part to it No filter holder /why sell a product then have to buy the rest at another store . But if you buy keurig in another store it's all in the box

    After serveral coffee machines making loud pumping noises, returning for another, tried a few, then the last one lasted a couple days, the touch screen went bad. Done with the 2.0 machines.

    Makes coffee fine, if I'm not having to unplug and reset it, so the screen comes back on. I've stopped setting the time due to having to unplug. Going to return it, just hadn't had time yet.

    I will never buy a 2.0 model again I had one of old models and worked for 7 long years and it was a lot faster and didn't clog up like this does.

    This Keurig leaked from the base. It was the second one I purchased within a week. I even tried a different model, but both leaked water from the base.
