We originally purchased the Keurig 200, but felt it was cheaply made and very loud. This model, however, is really nice. We like the large water reservoir, and the little touches like the light on the reservoir. It is much quieter than the 200 model. The cooffe tastes pretty good too. Will P. took care us at Best Buy and helped us find exactly what we needed, and answered our many questions. Thank you, Will!

Don’t buy this. The cups are not biodegradable and end up in the landfill.

Poor tends to leak and get clogged fast even with correct k cups

This clogs every few cups of coffee. Not worth the cost.

I was hesitant to spend so much for a coffee maker but I am glad I did. The Keurig is so much faster than any coffee maker I have ever owned. I love the water reservoir which has a light so you can see when it's running low. It's also removable. It's located on the side for easy filling. It also allows you to control the temperature and how many ounces of coffee or hot water you want. Only complaint I have is to use the carafe you need larger K-cups which are pricey. The machine reads if the carafe is set in place and will not work without the proper k-cup size in place. I did find a no name brand reusable filter which will allow you to make a carafe full using your favorite ground coffee. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

My Mr. Coffee K-cup machine died last thursday. I didn't go into best buy with this exact machine in mind, I was looking for the smaller model (same features, smaller reservoir). My local best buy did not have that model in stock and being a person who needs their coffee, I needed to go home with something that day. I decided to go with this model rather then the older and cheaper models. This model gives me more control over my cup of coffee in the morning. I have made several different brew sizes since I purchased and can say that no matter the cup size your making, the coffee taste the same, and is the same strength. I love the fact that I can set the machine to come on in the morning, so that it is ready for my first cup. I am glad I decided to go a bit above my price range to purchase this model.

I purchased this after looking for a replacement single coffee maker. I went to best buy to check if it was available but only found the K475 model. The one I actually purchased was the K475 but was scanned being a K425. Either way they both are the same models. The K475 comes with water filter, 2 cartridges, and 6 trial k-cups. The K425 comes with no water filter and more kcups. Overall I am glad I got this one because the water filter is a plus. Works very nicely and love the touch screen. My only complaint is with all the wasted plastic space, it would be nice to have had a compartment to store your optional KCUP in for your own coffee. My Cuisinart had that and it was a nice feature.

Has an auto on feature so its all ready for you, and its easy to use and quickly makes you the favored coffee of your choice.

This coffee maker makes the coffee well, but it sounds like an old mill pump when its making coffee. Otherwise, okay machine. I gave it a four star because of how loud it is. I did recommend to a friend because if the noise doesn't bother you, and its making the coffee, then its not a problem.

I like this product, but after a couple years, the water holder cracked and started leaking from the bottom. This is my 2nd one.
