Very easy to use and when your hurrying to work, it very fast at making coffee.

Traded a different model, its an older model but takes all the K cups! Perfect for person on the go!

I've owned several of these machines. I love how fast and easy you can make a drink without the fuss of coffee grounds, paper filters, etc. With a huge variety of choices you can have hot chocolate, or any flavor tea or coffee. Much safer to operate than one with a glass carafe. I purchased this as a gift for my father but I too own one. Mine has lasted several years. Highly recommend you do not neglect the unit, and clean it periodically as the owner's guide states. Otherwise, the life expectancy of this machine will be lessened. I learned this the hard way with my 1st Keurig.

Very nice and quick for the price. Was able to use points on it to lower the price. Uses all K-cups with many, many different flavors. Would definitely recommend this elegant looking coffee maker.

While my Keurig is still pretty new, so far it is just as good as I had hoped. I purchased a refillable cup so I could also use my own coffee. It is quick and convenient. I contacted Keurig and was told refillable cups don't work in the 2.0. You may want to consider this when choosing a model. I am the only coffee drinker in the house so this model is perfect for me.

This is my second Keurig. Regular coffee drinkers could probably get another couple of years out of my original Keurig, but I am a very heavy coffee/tea drinker. The pump became intermittent on my first one. Decided not to purchase the 2.0 because I do not brew pots of coffee. Children can easily make themselves a cup of hot cocoa, no hot burners to worry about.

If you want a single serve coffee maker, stick with keurig. Does not have as many features as the higher price models but works just as well.

Sorry we waited to buy but so glad we have now. Simple, easy ,lots of variety, no waste, no mess.

I'm surprised my family hasn't worn this thing out. I love this unit because we can buy Kcups from anyone. No drawbacks like 2.0 systems.

You do not waste coffee using this machine. Many flavors to choose from and besides coffee you can brew tea, hot chocolate and even apple cider.

This machine is great! Easy to set up, use and keep clean. There is a variety of cups to choose from. However, very mad that the new VUE models have different cups. I buy K cups for work and don't want to buy different cups for home machine.

Exactly as advertised. The water reservoir and cold brewing features make this model (not a 2.0 model, but still very nice) a must-have.

This keurig works just fine for that quick on the go cup of coffee. Just need about a minute for the water to heat up and away you go.

I have been very happy with this especially being able to choose the size with a button rather then guessing the amount of water. the only thing I don't like is when it forces me to add water even when the tank is over a quarter full.

Excellent. I had a single cup lesser expensive version that died and upgraded to this. Nice to be able to do several cups in a row without having to fill the water tank every time. Has 3 cup sizes to select from. Buy a "k-cup" basket and you can use normal ground coffee or tea bags. The following isn't a complaint but would be nice if it could fit taller to-go mugs.
