This is the second Keurig I've owned and it does what Keurig's are suppose to do; make a good cup of coffee and preventing me from wasting a whole pot. Works as expected and is just the smaller version of the more expensive Keurig minus the clock and programmable timer. The water tank is also smaller but that is a minor issue. Has its own water filtering element too.

My wife was complaining about our standard coffee pot... We like it, but rarely brew it because I always make it too strong for her, she makes it too weak for me. Now we're both happy!

We bought this to replace the same/equivalent model keurig that we bought 4 years ago. The old one worked great until it recently refused to brew. Tried many cleaning methods, but it just wouldn't brew. So, we decided to replace it with another. This new one started giving us problems about a week after use. It struggles brewing. We are disappointed.

Nice variety of K-cups available and got the adapter so we can use our own freshly ground coffee, too. Never used a Keurig system before, but this one is great. K-cups are a bit expensive to buy, but the adapter should save us a lot.

I really wanted this product as a gift for someone. However, after ordering online and receiving the Keurig, I found the same product for a lower price at a different store very close to home. So, I returned this Keurig to Best Buy.

I bought the Keurig for my husband because I'm not a coffee drinker. Correction...I'm a coffee drinker NOW. We both love the Keurig. A fresh, hot cup of flavored coffee that's ready in just a few seconds made a huge difference!

Its a great product. Extremely convenient and avoid wasting coffee.

We love our new kureig! It also makes tea with the k cups and that is a big added bonus for me because I drink tea ALL DAY LONG! I do wish it held more water, we have to refill it several times a day and that gets annoying.

Quality machine that was worth every penny of the $99 sale price

I held off on getting one as long as I could...bc I tend to be cheap ;) When my old coffee maker quit, I decided to use some Reward Zone Points and buy a Kuerig...definitely happy I did!! Coffee Hot and Quick!! Just how I like it!! Make sure you register your Kuerig, when you do you get a coupon for 2 boxes of Kcups when you buy 2 boxes!! Pretty good deal!

I love this machine. I don't even drink coffee. This machine heats the water up very quickly. I use it for non-coffee drinks, hot and cold. Didn't think I would use it as much as I do. I use it at least 3 times a day

This purchase is one month old, so not enough time has passed to actually judge this coffeemaker one way or another. After one year of daily use I will be in a better position to answer this review. And I'm recommending this machine to a friend based upon one month of use only. After one year, my opinion might be different (and I might lose a friend).

Bought this bad boy for my wife who swore she would never use one. She likes it better than the old style pot we had. Uses theKcups and her reusable kcup like its going somewhere she adores it and its sleak and looks great.

For the freshest coffee keurig has the answer and the machine is the fastest easiest maker I have ever seen. On my old keurig there was a 24 hour clock and the auto on feature had the machine all warmed up and ready to brew before I got in the kitchen. Although this model does not it is not that big of an inconvenience as it warms up very quickly.

Makes a great cup of coffee in just a couple of minutes.
