This is used everyday by the entire family. From Hot Chocolate, to tea, to different flavors of coffee. Took a little to figure out amount of water to suit the flavor, but it is a good purchase for a family of five with different taste.

As i stated you get what you pay for. Very simple coffe making machine no fancy screens or buttons here. So if youre looking for somethjng to control temperature and to make capuccinos etc than this is not the ideal coffe maker for you.

My family has enjoyed using the Keurig single serve brewer. It is great that we all enjoy our personal hot beverage. They all taste great!

Bought this for a coffee lover and she loves it! Easy to use with easy clean up.

We only have 1 coffee drinker in our house so making a pot of coffee daily is more difficult than just getting 1 cup from this Keurig.

It's a treat to be able to try something new daily. Take the plunge, you deserve it. Lot less expensive then some of those other place.

Got my keurig a little over a month ago, been using it every day. Love that it is easy to use and brews great coffee fast! Haven't had any problems, wish there was a tutorial on how to make perfect iced coffee. Overall great product!

Bought it for my office but not my company. Now that people know I have it everyone uses it! Some bring their own tea or hot chocolate!!

I love it, but must use filtered water. The k-cups can become very expensive though, but use the filters may be more cost effective.

I have 2 of these and have bought 2 other for friends they love them too never had any trouble with none of them a great product

This is exactly what I needed. My work schedule prohibits me from making a whole pot of coffee. The single serve brew is perfect.

This is a gift for my daughter. She loves it and so does everyone else who has used it. Only down side is the K Cups get expensive.

this is great for my disabled husband, he can now get a fresh cup of coffee whenever he wants and we are no longer wasting coffee.

Great for guests that like stronger or flavored coffee!!

Bought it for my wife for Mothers Day. She's more of a tea drinker but is experimenting with different coffee flavors. Kids like that it makes hot chocolate. So far it's worked as advertised. Used at least once a day on average.

Already owned two of these. This is a newer model and was easier to set up and get working.

I did not enjoy coffee until I bought my Keurig! I bought this one as a replacement to one that failed after 3 years of daily use.
