    We have owned Keurig machines of all types since they came out. We bought this smaller one after buying the top of the line model that we had to return because the color screen stopped working. We returned this one after a few weeks when the pump just kept running but didn't pump any liquids. Seems to me they have a quality problem in general. Despite this, they have us and we had to buy another one (again a different model) which so far is still working

    the pods are very expensive, I use a refillable pod and am still working on a specific grind that produces the quickest and best STRONG cup of coffee too fine and it does not work right...too coarse and it is weak like tea...this unit is still new to me so I am still on the fence thus average scores...after my first several cups I realized that my french press was quicker to brew coffee with, it made more with less effort and the coffee is much better tasting overall...

    It costs a lot of money for a coffee machine. Refills cost more then regular coffee. Couple hundred dollars and you'll have coffee for a couple months.
