I've never owned a Keirig but after having this one I will never go without again.

This one was a gift for my sister in law, after years of perfect, quick and easy coffee with our Keurig. She loves it! I knew she would, she drinks a lot of coffee and brewed with a traditional coffee machine. Now instead of the pot sitting, she has fresh coffee with each cup. I also bought her the refillable k-cup which is a nice option as the k-cups can get expensive.

I love my Keurig, I bought this one for my parents as a gift. They live it!

I purchased keurig as a mother's day present for my mother and on the second week of been used she told me it wasn't brewing like before. I called customer service and they led me on a step by step system. First step was unclogging it....it was clogged -.- ....ever since that first time i haven't had any issues.

Love it, easy to clean, fast to heat up. Perfect for large groups.

So I'll make this short and sweet. The Keri works well and makes a great cup of coffee and now a great carafe of coffee for 4 or 5 people at a time. The touch screen works well and I enjoy the removable water container wich also includes a filter. I'm only giving 3 stars because, one, the stupid drip tray literally just sits in place and does not have any way to secure it. That sounds less annoying than it actually is in practice. Second, DRM on my coffee maker is just ridiculous. Yes you can get around it, but, you shouldn't have to do it in the first place.

Love the option of using carafe. Love my keurig. Would recommend.

I love the updated cup sizes and the option to brew a larger amount.

First one died 7 days after purchase, would not brew. Called Keurig and they agreed to send me a new replacement. I did have to mail back a plastic part on my own ($6.50 postage) to prove I owned the unit. Anyway, it makes great coffee and I do like it. The replaced unit has had zero faults. Should have gotten the 550 model so I could choose the water tank color.

I bought this for my husband for xmas and he loved it! It makes great coffee and is super convenient especially since he wakes up really early. The size selection makes using a mug or cup easy. I would definitely recommend it!
