Love, love, LOVE my Kuerig. Only thing that would make it better would be to have easier recyclable single pods like they do with the K-carafes. No complaints about the product, works exactly how it says. My favorite feature is the automatic start, helps me get up in the morning.

This Brewer is perfect for my making single cups of coffee, tea, or cocoa. I love that I can also use it for hot water only. That is very convenient for meals like instant oatmeal. I haven't made a full pot using the carafe pods or made coffee using my own ground coffee yet so I can't review. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

Recently we purchased the new 2.0 after owning an older model of Keurig and we are extremely pleased with this purchase. The new 2.0 provides outstanding features and fits with our lives perfectly. The only issue we have experienced is we still have not received our GeekSquad warranty information as promised by the sales associate.

This product make coffee quick and easy. I have not had any K-cups not work. Again, I have not tried all brands. I have tried the K-Cup renewable make by Keurig and it works. I love the options to choose what flavor of coffee and don't have to make a whole pot of coffee. Sometime I want a cup of flavor and then another flavor.

Like the new features especially make 5 cups at a time.

Excellent coffee maker. This one does it all . You can make a single cup or up to 4 cups. It has everything included. Very easy to use and operate . No more messing with filters and ground up coffee. Just put in a Keurig cup , press start and your done . So many flavors to choose from and also makes hot cocoa for the kids .
