Gives you a quick cup of coffee, or hot water fast. Only wish it had a 12 or 16oz option. But you can open the cover and close it again and select a smaller size to get the 12 or 16oz's

Evrery body I n my house use it , It makes the best coffee , my wife like making different kind of tea in the morning and at night and my son love the hot chocolate, it's been use every day

There are no refillable carafe pods available, and the K-Cup carafes are pricey. The refillable single pod does work in the machine, so that is a plus.

Love the large water container. Easy operation. The carafe is great when people are over.

This is a nice upgrade to my old keurig. I love the ability to make coffee for a group rather than a single person. Will be glad when they make more flavors for the large 2.0

I am really enjoying this product, especially the versatility in being able to make different coffees, hot chocolate, or even cider and tea.

Be warned! This does not accept off-brand k-cups! But if you select authorized cups you are sure to get a perfect cup of coffee, in any strength or size that you want. And the carafe option is awesome for when people come over - of if you're just looking to have 2-3 cups yourself.

This coffee maker works very well. Over-sized reservoir means less time filling. The lighted display with a clock that you can change to different colors is nice too.

I love this machine but my only issue is you have to use key rig brand k cups. There are some adapters out there to fix this though.

I love this Keurig it does everything I need it to do. My favorite feature is the ability to set it to come on automatically, it saves me time in the mornings.

I wasn't able to make tea in this machine otherwise I m satisfied with this purchase.

Works well. Only complain is it doesn't strait automatically, it just warms up the water to be ready. But this is minor.

I love the idea of single cup brewing and if I want more, I have the option of the Caraff. Please don't listen to what the haters think, this is a great product

Got this as a present for my wife and to replace to old one we had. The 2.0 model is a lot nicer than the one we previously owned. Love the touch screen.

Bought this to replace an older Kuerig that was dying. This one is awesome. It's great to be able to make a caraffe of coffee instead of just a single cup. Keurig is updating their Vue cup so they can be used in the 2.0 machine which will expand what it can do.

I am very happy with the Keurig. All of the family are using this coffee maker and will need to buy another!

its ok coffee is stronger than im used to but i will adapt and try different brands

Worth the cost. Saves time and money and makes hot chocolate for the kids. Teas and whatever else you find.

Great coffee. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Would buy again.

I loved my 1st Keurig but this one is even better. The only concern is that you have to purchase filters every 2 months and it does not brew old Kcups.
