I like the capacity of the water reservoir and the shut off timer.

Every new edition lacks something that was great in the beginning with the old platinum original model. Had been using the Vue for 5 years because it offered larger pods, but finally started leaking. Chose this one because I could continue with the Vue pods. It's really OK except the refill alert doesn't signal until you put in the pod, set your preference, and push the brew button. You have to stop and refill and then start. I prefer the alert as soon as the last cup is made before it can be used again. Also, still can't get my larger cup under the spout, haven't been able to since the old Platinium years ago. Never quite right with the improvements, but does the job.

Can't use Zero Water!!!!!!! Was told to use tap water because their sensor looks for minerals in the water. Otherwise not much to complain about.

My husband loves that he can make more than one cup of coffee.

I had a first generation Keurig at my office and I finally decided I needed one for the house. Coffee by the cup is just SO convenient! The 2.0 has a bunch of great new features. The water filter is a nice touch, as is the ability to brew a whole carafe. My only complaint is that the device only uses 2.0-style K-cups. They look the same, but the new generation has an electronic signature in the foil lid. This is not a major problem because most of the coffees I have bought are compliant, but I recently bought a box of tea and the machine refuses to brew the cups. (BTW you can find hacks by searching, but why should we have to do that?)
