Replaced a 2 year old keurig that stopped working properly. Love the slate color of this one as it goes well with my bronze appliances. However, this new one is quite loud. And it doesn't give you the bigger cup size options (14 & 16 oz unless you buy the special k-mug pods). Overall, pretty good. Not sure if I like it better than my 2 year old machine.

This has actually made our lives easier! We used to buy coffee almost every morning, it was easier for us than setting up a pot of coffee for just one cup of coffee. The other option would be to heat up water. This is so much easier and a lot less cleaning.

This was my first purchase of a Keurig machine, and I love it. It makes coffee so easily and fast. I even make my tea with it. I really enjoy the many features this one has. I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

Bought this for my wife for Mother's Day. Had a 3 year old 2.0 Keurig that had issues with brewing and held less water. Pros: Heats up fast, brews quickly, auto shut off, and holds plenty of water. Cons: Haven't discovered any yet. Great purchase.

We bought this to replace an older model and it works great. We bought this with the intent of also buying the carafe but the carafe-sized k-cups are pretty expensive and Keurig doesn't sell a reusable carafe k-cup to use your own ground coffee.

This product is very nice. Great feature. Sleek look. Huge water tank. The only thing I do not like on this machine va the older models is: It has to heat up in between every single cup of coffee. So I I make a cup and right after I make a 2nd cup for someone it take a minute to preheat the water. That is kind of annoying.

We had a Keurig for many years and got this one for buying two appliances over $2000 at Best Buy during the holidays. We were going to give it as a gift but decided to keep it for ourselves and glad we did. It works great. Love the multiple sizes you can brew and we were able to make a pot of coffee for our family breakfast on Christmas morning.

My second Keurig holds more water, reservoir light can change color, and has ability to brew carafe size. I need a cup of coffee quickly in the morning and Keurig delivers. Timer heats the water before I even arrive at my Keurig.

Keurig is starting to roleout new models. this model will soon be gone however this is a great machine great coffee buy it while they last getting very hard to find I love this machine the last one served me for several years

Worth the money! I have already saved so much money making my own coffee. Super simple to use. Simply have water ready all the time in the dispenser, add coffee pod, choose oz preference and push start. Coffee pods are reasonably priced too.
