This coffee makers is a great product! Everyone loves using it at our offices.

If you want the baller of Keurig machines, this is it. It has color changing lights, digital display with all kinds of customization, like 12 different brew amounts to choose from, and a huge water reservoir. Looks awesome. In the end, it brews just the same as any other Keurig, but if you have the money and want all the bells and whistles, then this is the one.

I never thought I would like a single cup coffee maker as I usually enjoy at least two large cups each morning...so I love the option of single or carafe. I purchased the refillable pods so that I can make my own and save a little money as well. I like that coffee is ready in seconds and hot enough. the Options are great.

Well what can I possibly say about a perfect coffee machine! We use our Keurig every day for coffee in the morning, green tea during the day and specialty coffees or teas in the evening! It's like having my own specialty store, as there are so many coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple cider choices available!

I use my Keurig every day, at least 3 thimes a day. Coffee in the morning, so easy with the Keurig, just pop in the K-Cup and a way you go. Then mid day and at night I make a cup of tea. I use the Keurig to heat the water, so convenient I don’t think I could make it through the day without it.

The display and menus provide many customizable settings. I particularly like the ability to set the brew size from (6 oz to 12 oz) and temperature. However, there are few instructions provided in the manual. There are no instructions on replacing the filter and where it is located in the unit. This requires contacting the company.

I think by now, everyone knows how simple and convenient a Keurig machine is. This is my first Keurig and I couldn't be happier be happier with it. I use it almost daily, it's simple, it's quick and I don't need to clean it afterwards like a regular coffee maker. I bought this model b/c the water reservoir was bigger than other models. I like that the hot water heater is accessible with just a simple button press, just like the coffee maker. This model didn't come with any coffee samples or water filter. I didn't care for the coffee sample but I did end up buying the water filter just to help with the taste. Even though you don't have to clean the carafe, you do have to do a citric acid rinse every few months to keep your Keurig in tip top condition. My only dislike is how time consuming the citric acid cleaning can be... You basically has to run it and empty it MULTIPLE times just to make sure there's no citric acid residue/after taste. Other than that, I love it!

I wasn’t sure about buying a new version of something we already have that’s working but this has a lot of new great features including the bigger reservoir and larger cup sizes. My wife used to have to brew 2 small cups to get the right amount out of a single pod.

I had researched coffee makers and I choose this one because of the features and ease of use. This Keurig is so easy to use my kids make their own drinks and once you register on the website they take 50% off your first order. The downside is that the older pods do not work for this machine but an up side is if you buy the reusable filter you can just use that so old pods are not wasted. Overall, I feel this was a very good purchase and helps save money over the long haul than going to Starbucks every morning.

Best coffee maker I have ever owned. Easy set up. Was set up and working right out of the box in about 10 minutes. I use both k cups and my own store bought coffee utilizing the Keurig coffee filter which I bought as an extra. Also bought the k carafe ($22 extra). Bought a k carafe pod filter through Amazon (non keurig) Watch out. When you put this in, coffee maker says that this is a non authorized filter so watch what you buy.

Upgraded from older Keurig. This model brews pots which the older one didn’t. It is also quieter and a bit faster. We don’t know if it’s our imagination but the coffee seems to taste better. We’re very happy with this purchase.

I love the fact that it has a touch screen and how easy it is to use. I am looking forward to using the carafe (purchased separately) .

Consistent results, makes good coffee from k-cups with no mess. Very large water reservoir. Expensive, so buy it when it's on sale.

I got this on a great deal at the appliance department at BestBuy. The customer service was excellent and I got 20% off on top of $30 gift card during a promotional event. I had to retire my old Keurig after almost 3 years so this has a bit more features but the ease of use is still simplicity for all.

I needed a coffee maker. My Mr. Coffee bit the dust. I just wanted another coffee pot, but my daughter wanted this one, so she could have hot chocolate whenever. So, this is over kill for what I need. However, it is very nice, I am only making the amount of coffee I drink, not wasting any coffee. I did also get the reusable coffee k-cup. I just use my regular coffee grounds in it, and it makes great coffee. So, I am happy with my purchase . It is really amazing how fast and hot the coffee is made.

Love my Keurig! Got this one because of the ability to brew a pot or a cup. Does take a bit of time to warm up, but no longer than a presidium one. I like that I can brew a 12 ounce cup as well. Good purchase.

This is my third Keurig and I couldn’t imagine being without one! I have one at home and one at work. There is nothing better than being able to have a fresh cup of coffee every time I have a cup of coffee!

We’ve had multiple Kuerigs in the past and like most people say in their reviews, this one does seem a little louder than the rest. Since that doesn’t bother us and we haven’t had any problems in the month we’ve owned it, I would rate it highly. It makes a great cup of coffee. My advice to not having problems with Kuerigs is to always use filtered water and if you buy cheapie pods, get the house brand from the warehouse membership store whose name starts with the word cost.

We purchased this Keurig as a family Christmas gift. For years we were old-school pot coffee maker types. This purchase has been fun. I purchased this model based upon the size and the fact that you can still put a pot (carafe) under it in case you have a few people over. It was easy to set up and you get your first cup of coffee out of it in minutes after taking it out of the box. Time will tell the longevity of model but we're really enjoying what we have so far.
