Good product, makes coffee quickly. Also good for tea. Too bad the coffee pods cost so much though.

Being set in my ways for years, I finally decided to purchase this coffee maker because I missed My VT Coffee Roasters,"Lake and Lodge" . So happy I did. The first cup placed me back where I grew up on Lake Champlain. Since then I have dealt with Keurig for coffee orders and they are good people.

It is a wonderful machine, be able to go from a cup, mug or pot is a great option.

Over the past 10 years, this is my 3rd Keurig. Each time I've upgraded to a higher model. I have grown accustomed to the consistent quality of good coffee. I have settled on a few favorite pods from Green Mountain, Starbucks, and Peet's. The latest purchase Model 525 shows a higher quality feel in the pod mechanism and I like the memory feature allowing the same settings not needed to be set each brew. The larger reservoir is good too. In doing research on the models, I read that the difference from 525 to 575 are mainly what comes along in the box with the coffee maker. No differences in the brewer itself. I am happy with the purchase.

I purchased this coffee maker to replace a version 1.0 Keurig machine that had been an office workhorse for several years. Initially I was skeptical of the 2.0 machine because it's build feels much cheaper than the original machine. Much more plastic look and feel over all. The cup door action feel more fragile than the old metal hinge. But after setting it up and carefully testing the machine for a few days I found that it performs very well. It's much quieter than the original and the options are great. It brews several sizes and has a nice touch screen interface. Not sure how it will do in a busy setting with people who are rough on machines but I'm hoping it lasts just about as long as the tough 1.0 machine did. Only time will tell.

My 6 years old Keurig wasn’t working properly so this new one is a great purchase.

I haave had several k-cup machines. This one make s great coffee. It is great to make a cup anytime of the day. Also i like having a lot of water so i dont have to fill up so much.

It is very easy to use. Makes my mornings alot simpler. I use it to make hot chocolate, Coffee and tea. It has many features . It has a touch screen. My kids and I love it

This replaced my 1.0 version that had given up, we have very hard water and it finally gave out. The new 2.0 version seems to have a better pump in it, it is not a constant hum, but sounds like a pump, you can hear the water get pumped. So far very happy with this.

For years I was TOTALLY AGAINST this thing! I truly have been missing out. I am a hardcore coffee drinker and find that the "strong" setting is GREAT! Coffee is ready pretty quick and temp is perfect. I do need to find out if I can do auto brew for when I wake up.

It brews coffee and more very quickly and at the touch of your finger. You can set a timer or set clock for auto on/off. It does brew quite loudly but worth the noise. It also doesn't fit my coffee mug, I guess I'll have to purchase a keurig one.

This Keurig 525 is a must for a coffee or tea lover! It is easy to use and fast as well to make your coffee or tea! I would highly recommend this to anyone!

a good machine, a little bit higher in price than sold by competition.

This can be programmed to start automatically in the morning to brew a carafe. It also can brew single cups of different sizes. I'm sure this will continue to impress as I discover more things. It gets the water hot. I will use filtered water because it's better for the machine and this is a decent machine. I'm happy to have gotten a good deal on this from Best Buy. I received a $30 gift card with this purchase and will probably use it to get some Keurig accessories. I love it.

I love having the large tank and not having to refill as often. I also like having the larger size cup options to fill my travel mug all the way. This seems a little slower than my old unit (coffee flows out slower) I hope it doesn't get worse.

Perfect cup of coffee every time! Would love the option for a 14oz mug using a regular K-cup instead of the larger ones, that would be my only negative! Have not purchased the carafe, plan to do so soon, like that option to make a pot of coffee if needed.
