This is a great product especially in big groups. It stores plenty of water so you don't have to constantly refill the tank. It's user friendly and has great appeal.

I made coffee daily from the Keurig 1.0 machine. Keurig 2.0 made significant improvements in the work flow and the machine works great right out of box. It is pricier compare to regular coffee but I love the flexibility to make individual flavors quickly.

Bought this Keurig for my 84 year old mother. Very easy to use and set up. the only complaint she has is it is so big on her counter. Other than that she loves it.

I've owned several keurigs since they 1st came out. this is the best so far. I like the brew strength option. I like that I can chose from several different cup sizes. The option to change colors on the background lighting is nice but not that big of a deal. I've had this brewer for about a month now and no issues. I did buy the protection plan just because it makes sense to me. You never know. I currently own 2 Keurigs both bought at BestBuy. 1 is at my fulltime residence and the other is at my weekend home. I will probably always have a Keurig in my home that's how much I like them.

Would buy again. It very easy to use, no problems with it since i purchased it. Gets the job done especially in busy mornings!

Had one of these at work and liked it. Works well. Keurig touch panel sucks. I think these pods, while convenient, are probably the worst thing ever made for the environment yet I can't keep myself away from them. I do use the reusable pods/filters. I prefer my french press when I have time. I think the lid on this could have been done better.

This is our third Keurig product and by far is the best one! I love the 80 oz reservoir and the night light and timer features are well designed.

Great coffee machine love my fresh coffee everything morning.

i use this with the reusable filter for my coffee grounds. now what seperates this from the others is the water tank. you'd think blah big deal why spend the extra money. well if your a family house you know you go threw alot of coffee, which means more refills and quite frankly this saves some time, sure its not nessessary but lets be honest the $20 extra dollars is gonna be well worth it. any of the k2 series is amazing but this is where its at if you have more then 1 coffee drinker using it or if your making bigger 2-3 cups setting.

I love K-cups. Perfect machine. Easy to use. Good display.

Bought the ninja coffee bar first and ended up returning it for this. Very happy I did. Much quicker and easier than the ninja. A little more pricey for coffee. It worth it.

Great for home use but it would be better if quieter.

Pros: larger water reservoir, heats up faster than the Keurig 1.0 we had. Touch screen. Cons: it's Keurig 2.0 so it won't be as forgiving with off brand pods. If they don't have white ring around them they won't work.

This is definitely a step up from my previous keurig. I did read some reviews that said this model was very loud. I did not find that to be the case. I like having the 12oz option which my other keurig did not have.

We decided to update our old Keurig and get this new model, and after a week everything is going very well. We love it. Our old one could make 5 cup sizes, but we decided since we made almost 30 ounces of coffee a day the we will eventually upgrade to the pot, and I am excited to see how that works. It looks like it will be cheaper and better for the environment as the K-Carafe pods can be recycled and we would only be using one per day. I really like the auto off feature as our old Keurig did not have that feature.

This unit is bigger than the last, it has more features and they are easy to use. I like the color choices for the water background

Always wanted a keurig and after getting this one I'm happy with the purchase! Super easy to use, fast and convenient for on the go pace!
