You are supposed to pack the coffee grounds in the cup, initiate the brew, and oftentimes the water does not flowing through all of your coffee grounds resulting in a weak and reduced concentration cup of coffee. The coffee grounds will be dry on the inside which is so frustrating. It takes several attempts to get the desired taste. I don’t always have the patience for this therefore I don’t use this cup very often and just use regular K-cups.

It often does not stay together and separates when trying to make a cup of coffee. What a mess it makes inside the maker. I really wish it was better designed.
