You are supposed to pack the coffee grounds in the cup, initiate the brew, and oftentimes the water does not flowing through all of your coffee grounds resulting in a weak and reduced concentration cup of coffee. The coffee grounds will be dry on the inside which is so frustrating. It takes several attempts to get the desired taste. I don’t always have the patience for this therefore I don’t use this cup very often and just use regular K-cups.

The only thing is I’m not crazy about having to take the top off put your grounds in there you wind up making a mess I like the old fashion when they used to have.
