Had some water overflow. Also top of holder is a "press down and twist" type. As being used often with my own coffee, getting harder to press and twist off. Also, seems unable to replace just inside filter. Have to replace holder & filter as one.

I was not using a large specialty ground, such as for cold filtered coffee. I was using regular ground. Perhaps a larger ground coffee for cold brew or french press coffee would have worked, but the mess was not worth it. Fortunately I was able to return the product to BB without any issues.
