The good: * Keurig name brand item * Well-constructed of powder-coated steel * The metal on this drawer is thick enough to support the Keurig machine without sagging or bending * The wheel rollers on the bottom allow for easy movement for cleaning, plus they lock solid and do not allow any movement when the wheel "trigger" is released The bad * The K-cups have to be oriented at a 45 degree angle, unlike other drawers which allow the K-cups to stand up straight (for easier viewing of the label on the tops of the K-cups) Overall, I like it. But it would be so easy for Keurig to modify their design slightly to make this the perfect K-cup drawer. If one executive at Keurig actually had one of these in their own home, I'm sure the design would be changed. We can only hope...

Great product. Love how it slides out. Make sure you measure out the height if placing under a cabinet. Very sturdy and well built.

The under brewer rack is very convenient for quick access to the k-cup of our choice. The only minimal disappointment is that the cups are not pushed forward when we take one. For that we would need to buy one as this one came free with our purchase.

The drawer fits all of the k cups and sits below my brewer. Looks nice on counter and takes up no space as the brewer was already there!

This is so much better than having a carousel. All I have to do is open the drawer under the Keurig. It's perfect.
