    Well I'm sorry but I have to say that I was or am rather disappointed with this product.I bought this because it's made to be used in the Keurig coffee makers and also because you need to have one.When I opened it and read the directions I did exactly what they said to do before I put it in the Keurig it fell apart and the charcoal came all out of the filter and went all over.So I think they need to make them better before telling you to put them in your kuerig.That was my opinion so hopefully it helps someone else.

    I'm not sure why you need these filters, but the Keurig says to replace them about every 3 months. So I do it. And my coffee tastes good!
