    The item I got looked nothing like the picture of the item I purchased. Best Buy wouldn't handle the refund because I did not buy it from them (doesn't matter I purchased it from their web site). I have returned it to the seller (Fanatics). It has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting on my refund. I am out money and don't have an iPhone case. I would not recommend going through the marketplace for anything. If Best Buy won't process the return (or at least help you with it) I don't understand why they put the item on their website. I reached out to customer service at Fanatics who referred me back to Best Buy who I contacted but still no refund. At this point, don't know if I'll ever see my money again.
