Not as good as the first film but still worth a watch if you're a fan. The aging up of Hit Girl's character makes no logical sense within the story but understandably it was so that they could have both Hit Girl and Kick-A**, both teenage characters, be in the same school because the actress who plays hit girl got quite a bit noticeably older in between films.

Kick-A-- 2 is fun an action pack movie.Decent plot an great acting an filled with great fighting scenes. Although,not happy with the few actors who did not return for this movie like Kick-a-- girlfriend an the cop is different than the original among few others as well. But overall a really good sequel to the first movie worth watching an buying this movie.

The movie is alright. The first one was definitely better

If you saw Kick (seriously, this won't let me enter the movie name, lame...) one and couldn't wait to see this one asap, then definitely get this. Blu ray is crystal clear, and extras are nice. If you haven't seen the first, this is still good, just not as good since you won't know the start of the rivalry. Red Mist is a bit less cool in this too...

Overall good movie. Doesn't quite live up to the first. Maybe Jim Carrey ruined it for me knowing how he felt about the movie after it's release. If you liked the first, you'll like this one too. Matthew Vaughn brought likeable characters to life with this series, and hopefully he'll knock out a third movie to round out the trilogy.

This film (Best Buy's website won't allow me to post the name because it constitutes inappropriate language) is not as good as the original, but if you liked the original you will probably still enjoy the sequel. If you didn't like the original you will not like the sequel; it maintains the same tone and style as the original.

There is a lot more depth than you saw before. This film has a lot more happening in the background, and in much greater detail. This level of added dimension to a number of characters give this flick a more mature feel to it, and balances out the mayhem that comes along being a great movie.

A worthy successor to the original, the sequels picks up where the last left off with consideration to continuity. Instead of sticking to an established formula, the writing throws a sequel-formula at you, but then twists it with disturbing character responses. It plays on and against the superhero genre all at the same time. Very well acted and directed and only suffers from a bit of pandering to female audiences by trying formulaic efforts to win their support. Very well worth owning and talking about later with friends.

It's a good adaptation from the comicbook & follow up to the first one. Too bad they weren't able to make any after this & the actors have already moved on, Kick (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) & his friend Todd (Evan Peters) are now both Quicksilvers :). Still wishing there was a 3rd though.

#2 not as good as #1 but no reason not to see it for it is instead of the more sumptuous deluxe smorgasbord of KA#1 we are offered the salty fast food mouth rush of the Craft Services Snack Table of KA#2, BUT So Gobble-icious you'll ask, Where did the time go?

I found this one much better then the first. It had a better plot that let's go kick some booty. It had a better story on what honor and duty had to do with everything. Something this world lacks nowadays. I recommend this for everyone though the language may not be appropriate for youngsters.

I've been a fan of Mark Millar's writing for some time now. The sequel is over the top, as expected, with way more violence than than I could fathom being brought to life. It pushes the limit of the real life super hero idea set forth in the original but none the less is highly entertaining.

A sequel which brought the return of characters and tone from the first film, but lacked the special level of impact experienced in #1. Some good comedic moments, but it fell flat in the feelings of awesomeness and failed to deliver adequate response to fan anticipation.

I read the original comic book series which inspired these movies. So my review is biased. I think it adapted the material properly, while it might look goofy to general audiences, the material is exactly that and then some. Fun movie, get both parts.

Not too interested in the ultraviolet but the bluray is excellent. Sequel to original film (ironically cannot use the actual name in this review due to "inappropriate language"), explores some of the intriguing consequences of the vigilante life style.

"Kick A** 2" is every bit as good as the original with the exception of Nic Cage not appearing again. That said, Jim Carrey more than makes up for his absence. Plenty of action and humor for those who aren't turned off by a little bit of ultraviolence.

I love the first Kick-Ass2 movie. As most sequels goes this one didn't have that full story behind it. I felt like it the writers rushed the story after the okay came from the studio to make it. I still enjoyed this one and the action scenes were good.

Kickass 2 is a technically well made movie that does closely follow it's comic book source material but ultimately falls a little flat. The film's only saving grace is the suburb Cloe Grace-Moretz. She is a talented young woman who has a big future ahead in Hollywood. The action sequences are well done and the idea of ordinary people trying to make a difference is a good one. Jim Carey is almost unrecognizable in this film. He bad mouthed all of the violence in the movie in the movie so I hope he donated his paycheck to a worthy cause, perhaps the Stop Bullying Campaign. Guess he didn't read the script before signing on. But the movie, despite its shortcomings, is entertaining and worth a watch.

I loved the first movie. It was pretty close to the comics. The second film was not as strong as the first. The plot was not as strong and kind of wandered a little. The support characters were not as well developed either. Overall it was a good follow up.

I like this movie and the product. I got this bluray on a deal price, but I liked this movie on bluray better then on DVD. Extra on Bluray are in same defination as on DVD but it is movie which makes a big difference on Bluray. Definitely a good buy.
