She was so disappointed and needless to say, so were we! We believe that the cord is faulty. I would not recommend any of these low budget headphones from this company because low quality is exactly what you are getting!

Poor Quality

WRONG! Though the headset is nicer, the 3.5mm mini jack is sub-standard. It's already junk. Of course that's when I noticed the poor quality of the mini jack. Lesson learned!

This is not a product for young children

Within 2 uses, both ear pieces came off and they are nearly impossible to put back on. I have spent more time trying to fix these things than my little one has actually used them. Bought a similar product in the airport for my oldest a couple of years ago and they are still working great. Unfortunately, this product is a much poorer design.
