Faulty connection...not worth the money at all

She has only used them twice and now they don't fully work. You have to hold the connector just right...otherwise you can barely hear anything...very disappointed!!

In November they quit working and purchased August 19, 2019. Poor quality for a set of headphones that was used less than 20 times to die. The volume is very faint regardless of level and you cannot hear it at all.

We bought them August 15 and got less than 2 months with them, just over the return window. SO DISAPPOINTED and DO NOT RECOMMEND.
