    My 2 year old and I love Studio Ghibli movies. She can watch Ponyo and Totoro all day if we let her. I thought she would like this one, but she lost interest less than halfway in. I thought it was okay.

    Yesterday I bought the bluray version of Kiki's Delivery Service because I was feeling nostalgic. I started watching it as that nostalgia was shredded to pieces. These guys remove the 2 most iconic songs for the duller Japanese versions AND remove most of Jiji's snarky lines. I though maybe there was something in the settings to change to fix it but no. THEY RUINED A PERFECT CHILDHOOD MOVIE! And worse yet DISNEY LET THEM! I'm returning this piece of disappointment

    This is the first Miyazaki film I saw. It was pretty ground breaking when I saw it. Great to a have a strong female protagonist. Witch in training angle was pretty unique as well.
