    This is, in my opinion, a very average movie about a journalist's purported expose of a purportedly sinister plot both involving the Contra Costas and some nefarious attempt on the part of the CIA to expose the black LA population to Crack Cocaine. The story is dubious and the cinematic depiction thereof is pedestrian.

    This a great movie based on true story. It has a outstanding cast and Jeremy Renner is very good in the role of investigative reporter.
