Peter Jackson did a great job with this movie. It’s well worth watching the extended version of the film. It looks and sounds great in 4k. Now I just need his Lord of the Rings movies in 4k

This movie was very well done. The cinematic experience was wonderful and if you have a good tv and sound system this movie really shines.

Its long, it has its faults and its good not great, all that said though, I love Pete Jackson and this film is a lot of fun and also just another amazing display of why Andy Serkis should have an Oscar.

If you are wanting to own this version of King Kong, this is the bluray version to buy. Comes with all the bonus features and looks terrific in HD.

I am a huge King Kong fan and I already had this dvd but when I saw that this was available in ultra high definition, this was a definite purchase.

4K brings the movie to another level…thoroughly enjoying watching it again. The original King Kong is a classic. This remake does it justice.

Owned the previous Bku release but happy to buy this edition as it comes with a digital copy and tons of extras for under ten bucks! Thanks Best Buy!
