I've had the protection plan for almost 3 years All my appliances I had to call one time for my washing machine I was super happy to only have to pay for the service call it was $89 and the only bummer is the maintenance man didn't have the part on hand side to wait a couple weeks for the part but when he came back it was fixed so only part bad is that it was 3 weeks because the parts were hard to get but it was a $350 part so and it's been running for the last year with no problems they're real good about anytime they change apart they give you 90 days extra on that part and if it goes bad you don't have to pay for the service call again so it's a pretty good deal and it's fairly cheap

Spending money on appliances has been a consistent thing in the household, so having my appliance protected is always a great thing to have in the event anything happens. Best Buy has always done a great job with customer service, so this is a must have!
