    Worked well at first. Then a series of issues: clock time lag, power, door would not shut. Finally door shuts with errors preventing use of microwave. Hopefully, the replacement works better. We will see.

    We had a Kitchen Aid before with the rotating table inside, much better, this heats inconsistent and takes much longer. Looks great that about all

    It takes 10 minutes to make microwave popcorn. If this were only an oven and air fryer then it would be 4 stars but the microwave portion doesn’t work at all.

    All "Cook" Functions fluctuate more than 25% in temperature higher and lower than the set temp. 4 Service calls and countless replacement parts the manufacturer's answer...... "That's the way ovens work!" So set it at 350 and Whirlpool is ok with 425! What a disappointment and waste of money.

    I bought it in an open box in excellent condition, where it is supposed to come with all its original parts and the correct support bracket did not come, now we cannot install it.

    Was a return item . Called before going to store after purchasing over the phone and when I arrived it was missing parts and scratched. Manager never even acknowledged the situation. Will never buy from Best Buy again . Terrible management .

    Best Buy is pretty messed up lately. They sold this item with missing parts 3 times across 2 stores to me and for returns i needed to bring this really heavy item back to the store. Talked to store manager but it turns out the way items are evaluated for sell is pretty much broken on Geek Squad side. Geek Squad is very inefficient and wrong.

    The touchscreen keypad is very much delayed. You need to press very firm and slowly. Not quick to respond to your selecting

    we really liked the concept of an all-in-one microwave, air fryer and oven. It's sleek, but if you have a backsplash that goes up the wall- the microwave will not be flush with cabinets. Also the fan malfunctioned, so we have a repair guy coming out to look at it.

    Poor quality parts inside

    It’s been broken most of June and all of July. Repairman came to fix. First time for the diag, second time showed up woth a broken part and third time the part barely made it as it was obviouly been thrown around alot during shipping. As soon he turned it on after new part install we started smelling something burning and a rotten smell. Unbelievable. I really wanted to like this product. But now I got to convince Kitchen aid on replacing a four month old microwave cause there no way im letting this thing burn my house down.

    So far it works well, it would work better if I really knew how to operate it properly I’ve read everything that was sent but the instructions are not very clear on how and what works in the old days Best Buy would give you a tutorial on products before you purchase them with better operating instructions, love the products just need to figure out how to use them properly
