    The sleek design is beautiful. We love that one no longer has to deal with all the issues associated with a carousel. We have not seen any difference in the microwaving performance between a carousel and without a carousel. The technology accommodates for that absence.

    We have been without a microwave for awhile and now having this it truly showed me what I was missing. This is an upgrade to our previous KitchenAid model and this is a huge difference and well worth the purchase. This model is sleek and so easy to use and I paid for the delivery and installation which was well worth it!

    The look of the microwave is very sleek. We like the clean lines, however it leaves the interior a little smaller than expected. Also, it doesn’t have a rotating plate which seems to make things heat differently. An example is a throw away coffee cup was heated and the bottom of the cup became a little burned. I’ve always heated my coffee throughout the morning and with the rotating plate, that never happened.

    OK - operating instructions were not very clear. Written for someone who already knew how this appliance already worked - sort of an explanation rather than instruction for a new/1st time owner.

    Decided on this due to it's measurements and layout. It was a tad more low profile than the one we were replacing, and it would fit better. Were concerned because it doesn't turn, but that ended up being for nothing. It heats things up great! It also has a ton of programs that are spot on. The open button works great and we could not be happier with this purchase. This is definitely a "recommend"!

    Love the fact that it is flush with the cabinets. I didn't realize that it doesnt have a turnung plate but the food warms perfectly in it. Very cool design.

    Love that it evenly heats the food without having to add more time. Love that the choices are inside the door and the extra option to add more time on the outside. Perfect for kids not to mess with it, too. Looks perfect mounted above the stove. Easy clean up with option button.

    Really like the microwave except that the chime alerting you that the cook time has ended DOES NOT WORK! Called the company and it SHOULD CHIME. Had another unit delivered. It chimes when you are directly in front of it NOT INSTALLED & it’s extremely quiet & impossible to hear. After installation is complete it’s TOTALLY INAUDIBLE. KINDA FRUSTRATING.
