Sleek and easy to use. Looks great with stained cabinets.

It looks really good. I think it's a little expensive for what it is. I replaced a terrible Samsung Microwave purchased 5+ years ago. I would never buy a Samsung appliance again. Slowly replacing them with KitchenAid products.

Sleek design. Easy to clean as there is no rotating plate. Only complaint is that most of the buttons are on the interior of the microwave so you have to open the door to use the timer or set custom time parameters. Overall would recommend.

What to say about this microwave? Inconsistent and inconvenient. The buttons are not responsive, resulting in having to press them multiple times to get the machine to take the correct input. The design is over-engineered; I don't like having to open the door to input anything. And can I just say that turntables are usually part of microwave designs for a reason? Putting the same dish in the microwave for the same time and power multiple times over results in it being stone cold once, fine another, and waaaayy overheated the next! Microwaveable meals that were fine in my previous old turntable microwave are now burned in spots and lukewarm on the other. Overall, a disappointment. It looks nice and was the only flush-mount door design available, which is all that I can recommend about it.

This has been my favorite microwave. The steam clean feature is the best and makes clean up easy!

The exhaust three speed fan pulls air in from the upper panel that swings open when the fan is on and also from the underside and then vent to the outside. We like the two LED lights under the hood. The microwave oven does a great job heating and reheating food and beverages!

Appealing, meets decor. Not user friendly panel. Can’t figure controls. Setting is foreign language and unable to reset. Friendly, attentive, went right to install, however asked to use step ladder. Delivery should have own equipment, especially since there is a charge for it. Bring appropriate tools and equipment

Slight snag with the crew at the store who placed the order on my behalf. The staff was supposed to schedule the appliance to be delivered and when that didn’t happen I had to go to the store to sort it out. The manager at the store was super helpful and waived the delivery fee for the inconvenience of having to return to the store (I was not able to get in contact with the store over the phone; apparently the customer service line is just a general number even when you’re trying to call the specific number of the store). The delivery crew was also extremely helpful and efficient. Thank you Andy & Joni!!

Works well and I am enjoying the new features available on this microwave

Absolutely gorgeous! So nice not sticking out four inches from the cabinet. It doesn't seem to heat food as evenly as microwaves that have the turntable. Maybe we are still figuring it out . . .

Hello, Microwave looks good because it matches the new stove that I just bought.

I love the look and fit of this microwave, however the controls are on the inside so you have to open and close the door to do almost anything, including using the timer which should not require you to open and close the door. I am concerned that all of this added opening/closing of the door might impact longevity. Also the beeper is way too low. You can barely hear it when it goes off. But it sure does look nice. I just hope if lasts!

I like the modern flush design and the white LED lights under the microwave. I prefer white lights over the warmer tones. It's awesome that it doesn't require the turntable and it heats evenly. It is very quiet.

The look of the microwave is very sleek. We like the clean lines, however it leaves the interior a little smaller than expected. Also, it doesn’t have a rotating plate which seems to make things heat differently. An example is a throw away coffee cup was heated and the bottom of the cup became a little burned. I’ve always heated my coffee throughout the morning and with the rotating plate, that never happened.

Love my new microwave! It looks great, works great. The guys who came to install it were also very helpful, on time and professional. A good experience all around.
