Terrible! Waiting for this to be installed and delivered without any defect since early September!! Still not having it and installation dates are always pushed back for random reasons. Expecting a full refund

This review is for the service, not the product. Why? Because the product was never delivered. The same product was ordered four months ago and I am still waiting for it as well. No explanation - just delay from factory. This info is not enough as I have a kitchen that cannot be finished until one of the two microwaves arrive.

When using microwave the vent opens and put moisture with oil on cabinets. The inside of microwave has bad moisture after cooking.

I wanted to be thrilled. But I am not sure I’m fond of how it warms things up. Not sure what items would work best. But so far popcorn seemed very off and when my kids warm up cookies as they would with a normal microwave it over warms it and doesn’t seem like an even warmth. Very disappointing.

Unable to hear or adjust the beep

Can not hear the end of cycle beep. Service department is unable to fix and refuses to give us a different microwave. You have to stand in front of the microwave to know when it displays turn food or end of cycle.
