Difficult to clean because of pull down door cannot get close up to reach back of oven. Rather have side open door. Plus does not have timer. Other microwave have more needed option,

I also love the fact that it is slightly hard to open for my kids, who are 2 and 4 (I have no trouble at all opening it!). Works great and love the look!

The microwave feels and performs as strong and good as it looks. Build quality is second to none and have not had any issues with it.

I highly recommend paying close attention to where the space is for your unit as this one has the type of pivoting hinge that sits flush much like a counter depth refrigerator so that when the door opens it does not get impeded by the sidewall. Absolutely love the product which goes with all of our other KitchenAid appliances
