Replaced an existing KitchenAid microwave that stopped working after 6 years. The quality and craftsmanship from KitchenAid is unparalleled.

What can I say about KitchenAid, other than they are one of the top appliance brand on the market. This microwave is very high tech and top quality for cooking and baking.

Looks great. But annoying cool option for simply reheating any dishes for over 3 minutes

We have our fingers crossed that this Kitchen Aid works for a long time. The last one went out and Kitchen Aid was awesome in getting us a partial refund to purchase a new one. The size is unique so we went with the same model and heard they upgraded the technology. Worked just fine before it stopped.

Very nice microwave. Love how it opens down. It matches all the other Kitchen Aide appliances I have which means I spent some dough for my sweet wife

Incredible. We made pizza and bacon (crispy!) and convection as well as an air fryer. Have not played with all the settings but so far we are very impressed!

This thing is way overpriced and pretty junky. You can’t put in the exact time you want. You must go in 5 second increments. Very dumb. It does not heat evenly. Huge disappointment KitchenAid.

For the cost, Kitchen Aid builds top quality appliances. I have owed Kitchen Aid products for decades and have no interest in other brands for my personal use.

This Microwave does exactly what it is advertised to do. The install was simple with the supplied trim kits. Can't go wrong.

Loved it. Looked great with other Kitchen aid appliances. Unfortunately was only able to use for three months, as we moved out of state.

Hate to leave our first one. And excited to be able to buy this one again for our new house! Not disappointed with this MW.

This is a great microwave. Very reasonably priced.

Looks great and built solid. We haven't used the convection feature yet but it bakes great.

We are pleased now but only after warrantee work was done to correct the door adjustment that rendered the unit inoperative. The " door" inscription would come on whenever a time was set and then wouldn't operate.

I’ve been so looking forward to using this item ! It’s been on back order but so worth the wait !

This microwave will go well with the other appliances in the kitchen- love that it can be installed under the counter

Love my Kitchen Aid Built-in microwave. My sales rep at Best Buy was fantastic.

Everything (almost) one could want. Only downsides: since door opens downwards (towards you); a standard cabinet install makes it kind of high. Also, no "timer" with beep if you are using an oven and don't have your phone handy. Other than that, no complaints. Such an easier to use and intuitive control panel vs anything else I've ever used.

The microwave does it all- from popcorn done right to potatoes baked just the way they should be.
