So it lasted 12 years or so and I bought the same one again. Great machine, better value when I used all my BB money! YES!

I've only owned this microwave for a week but I love it. Beautiful and easy to use and has several settings to lower or increase it's cooking power. LOVE IT!!!

This works very well and heats evenly. The build quality is excellent and it's properly vented for a built in microwave.

I love my double oven and microwave, the salesman Javier that helped me was professional honest and very knowledgeable. But after one day of using my oven after being installed it went out in the middle of baking my cinnamon rolls. Installation was not done correct therefore Brandon had to reinstall it.

We wanted something nicer than a standard microwave but not outrageous. This microwave is very nice, so far I love it!

Beautiful microwave. Cost is high, but looks beautiful with oven. Heats evenly. Pleased with unit so far.

We chose this microwave because we didnt want our countertop micro anymore and we didnt want an above range. Very simple to use. The only complaints for me are that compared to my countertop there arnt as many cooking options. The other is the size both in power ( takes longer to cook) and the actual size but we knew that we would lose some space as we needed it to fit below our island.

KitchenAid is my go to for all my homes that we build. Great quality. Great handles.

Product seems to be good, but not happy with delivery or fit. Product was on back order for weeks, then when we finally get the product leaves a big gab in our cabinets. Kitchen Aide states we must spend another $150.00 for a spacer kit to make it fit. I gave our sales people our dimensions and was sold a product that doesn't fit and we are being asked to pay additional money to make it work.
