  • After a month of use the door opening button broke

    I ordered online because it met my specifications. We didn’t install it right away. But I’ve used it for about a month and it was a pain in the butt because you always had to clear it out to unlock the door. Well today, when opening it, the button actually broke and could not even open the microwave door. I would definitely steer away from this. We spent $20,000 on KitchenAid appliances and this is definitely a fail. Luckily this was the smallest appliance in the Kitchen Aid family that we purchased.

  • Problem with Description and Heating Performance

    It was "fingerprint resistent" stainless steel. Made a color difference seated just above a NON fingerprint resistent oven! Still determining if problem with heating. Seems to take almost twice as long to heat a cup of water.
