This has to be one of the best microwaves on the market. So far so good with it. We bought This as a replacement to our toaster oven and microwave oven. The convection feature cooks food evenly. So far we’ve tired, corn bread, frozen lasagna, and crescent rolls. All items have come out perfectly.

I had this replaced with another microwave convection oven that the door just wouldn’t latch properly. This is cosmetically beautiful, heavy duty feel and works wonderfully! I am in an RV but have baked, cooked and reheated with it. Couldn’t be happier with it!!

This is a great microwave / convection oven. Great to have a second oven for keeping things warm, or baking a small dish or meal - yet with the convenience of microwave when you need it. This is solidly build - all metal - no plastic. The vent fan is amazing - pulls super strong. really pleased with this!

We had purchased all the kitchenaid appliances except for a microwave earlier in 2020.. then the old microwave started acting up... did some comparison shopping and decided on this unit.. what a feature filled, beautiful unit.. love the chimes, options, and look of this unit! Super happy with it!

This microwave is very stylish, and feels high end. I love all the features, very pleased with it.

The overhang is a bit more than my previous microwave but other than that I love everything about my new microwave!!!!!!!!!!!!

The KitchenAid convection microwave that we purchased is a wonderful replacement of our previous model/brand. The cooking time of most foods has been reduced. The control panel along the bottom of the door, is well integrated with the overall esthetics. The exhaust fan has 6[six] settings which are powerful. The microwave came with a Steamer bowl/container which is a bonus. Pleasant chime when foods are done, alert you rather than an annoying sound. Overall we are very happy with our microwave. Careful research was our key this time! Thanks

In my previous home I had all KitchenAid appliances. In moving to FL and buying a new build home, the builder's grade appliances did not cut it with me. Within one year I purchased an all new kitchen with KitchenAid appliances. This Microwave holds so much more and cooks so much faster than anything I have ever had. Also too the opportunity to have it vented to the outside. Thank you Pacific Kitchens and Best Buy.

This microwave is what I needed. Quite at 40DB when I measured it, but not sure what is the rating. BUT, I simply love it.

I like the combination Microwave / convection oven. This gives me the option of now having a second for parties. The microwave and oven work very nicely. The controls are easy to use

I truely luv this microwave first off i really got a great deal on it, very easy to install and very easy to use and keep clean really put a new light on my kitchen

We purchased this microwave as soon as it came out. We were excited about the convection oven aspect along with the sensors. It was between this and the GE. I had heard so many good things about the GE but we decided to go with this because of the reviews and the looks (it is a BEAUTY).........but sadly enough it does not live up to its name or style. 1. We never use the convection oven even though we bought it for that very reason. Why?? It takes close to 15 minutes to warm up for convection then you can use that function. That is ridiculous! I can cook almost immediately in my toaster oven which actually cooks. So aggravating!!! Spend $1000 and don't even use the main function. 2. The sensor function doesn't work. No matter how many times I have tried softening butter it does not work. You have to use the soften function almost 3 times to get it to soften and you have to make sure that you don't melt it. Pretty much all sensor options are worthless. Conclusion: Pros - This is a beautiful microwave. It does basic microwave functions without issues. Cons- Convection feature is worthless. Sensor feature is worthless. This microwave is worth $300-$400 because of the looks and name other than that it is an overpriced appliance

Great microwave for the price. Replaced my 16 year old KitchenAid that served us well. Has all the functions of higher priced microwaves for less. Convection function is very handy.

This microwave replaced another Kitchen-Aid microwave that was not able to be repaired. When operating the microwave is super quiet. I also really like having the convection oven functionality.

This unit is virtually identical to The Jenn-Air. Both great units. Very quiet. Extremely uniform defrosting and re-heating. I love that the touch controls are not silk screened.

BUY THIS MICROWAVE I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT I HAVE ALL KITCHEN AIDE APPLIANCES

It is a great microwave, the sensor cook works perfect, potatoes come out nice. The oven bakes great. The ventilation fan is strong. The only thing i do not like is the door is so large when you open it you have to move back, the door is huge. It sounds stupid but if you see it on display you will see what I mean.
