    Replaced a 30 year old OTR microwave and couldn’t be happier with the functions on this one. Best Buy’s installation team was awesome

    A very good addition to our kitchen. We have Bosch appliances but the kitchen aid fits right in. I had my brother help me install it and it was abou an hour of work. Great finish and love the multi function option.

    Oven fit in perfectly. Installer showed up on time and completed the job quickly. Took the old microwave with him. Microwave functions flawlessly.

    We are enjoying our new microwave. The popcorn sensing is spot on. We are still learning all the functions but it is a wonderful microwave.

    The fan didn't work except on one speed. The installers configured the fan wrong and it tries to dump out the back insteaf of the front.

    Replaced by old KitchenAid ( 7 years no problems) with this model. Great fit and features. Air Fryer is not the best - but is workable.

    Looks huge coming out of the box, and it does have a large capacity, but fits perfectly and doesn’t overwhelm the room. Happy so far.
