This item was delivered by Best Buy and they did a great job of installation. However, it became apparent the oven did not come up to temperature fully. Set at 450 degrees, it would not achieve more than 330 degrees based on two oven thermometers. I chatted with customer service and the item is not in stock, and now I have to check every day until it comes back in stock before they'll do a replacement. I will update my review if things change. This product came with absolutely terrible documentation. Troubleshooting had three entries, none of which included any actual troubleshooting.

I love my Kitchenaid Range Microwave. It arrived on time and the set was quick and very well done. The team removed the old microwave and replaced it with the new one. They cleaned up and removed all boxes and paper. Thanks, BestBuy for the great service and knowledgeable staff.

The air fryer is subpar, with controls and buttons that are not user-friendly.

Once Again ... the fan does not work. Regardless of what speed you set the fan ... it is the same. What the heck is going on here?

doesn't heat evenly. Cookies or whatever you are backing will burn on one side so you must always be rotating the food in the oven. Had technician look at the unit and he as well had to call the manufacture help line and was instructed to tell me that we need to rotate the food manually in the Kitchen aid convection oven.

Product is great. Geeksquad install, not so much. They installed the microwave 6" from the gas range stove top. YIKES. I didn't realize until they left!

Fryer takes forever, noisy fan , u have to go through 5 power levels to turn off the fan

I bought this back in July and haven't had a chance to install it and use it until I just got my kitchen all done. What a waste of money. It says it does all these functions and all that, but it doesn't work. I put it on oven bake and airfry at 450F and tested it with a thermometer. The max temp it reaches is like 280F. I plugged a cheap $35 toaster oven into the same outlet using the same thermometer and it was 450F within 5 minutes.

This microwave seemed great and the reviews looked good but the instructions were not nearly as helpful as I would have liked and four months after getting it the magnetron and another part went out. That was in August. This week it will be October and I am still waiting for the KitchenAid authorized repairman to fix it. I keep being told the parts are on back order with no end in sight. They should have replaced the entire microwave. KitchenAid has terrible customer service.

Had this lest than 3 months and the magnetron tube went out. 5 phone calls later we got someone out to look at it but when he got there they thought it was for a range. 3 more weeks before we will see a part. I should just go get another one and return this one. What a joke KitchenAid/ Whirlpool has been to deal with.

The appliance popped and no longer worked on the 18th day after purchase, just outside of the 15 day return policy. I took it to the Best Buy store and they refunded my money.

Stopped working mocrowave not responding to buttons

I hope the quality of this is good. I have not used all the features yet. I would say the design is poor. The reason I think it could have been made with a smaller door. So watch out when you open it. It is the width of a common bedroom door. 30 inches. The packaging was almost bullet proof. The hanging strip for the back is narrow and could have been much wider. Installation not too bad I had to work hard for the rear vent but that was my problem. This unit is heavy so have strong people there to lift it in place.

Has 3 features all in one unit. Heats, fry’s, and also convection oven. Works great!

Easy to use, looks great. No problems. Be careful to keep rack from touching sides.

The is a world class microwave that does convection cooking and air frying! The best.

I love how many different cooking options this unit has. Installation was tough to do by myself so id recommend having it professionally done. Performance and appearance get top marks. This unit is also whisper quiet when running.

The control pad is easy to follow and the handle keeps finger prints off the side panels.

This is an excellent microwave! It is a quality unit that also looks like a Higgens appliance.
