The inside has very sturdy shelves, and more room than t thought. Freezer is just the right size, easy to organize with the pull out drawers. Its quiet, no ice maker or water hook up , which is another reason I like it. Easy to keep clean.

Upon receipt it works as advertised but its just a fridge so that should be expected. Add-on icemaker (W11459724) is not available for purchase anywhere. I spent an hour and half online with customer service and no one can find one. Unfortunately, for me, this is one of the only fridges that fit my space. This has been an insanely frustrating purchase that both KitchenAid and BBY should learn from. Customer has of no help.

There are other fridges in this category, but nothing compared in style. The ability to chose the location of the handle ultimately sold me because I don't like the visible plugs that come on the fridges with removable handles. I was surprised that there was no ice maker (an optional add-on) considering that units 1/2 the cost come with them. Overall, this fits the bill and looks very nice in my little kitchen / bar area.
